A leading financial sector client, specializing in leasing services, needed to grow sales and expand their customer base by targeting bank clients. To achieve this, they aimed to combine their current leasing products with a new corporate client electronic banking platform, guaranteeing a smooth experience and effortless changes for customers.

Project journey 

We developed a federated Single Sign-On (SSO) system that enables easy logins and simple transitions between the bank’s and our client applications, significantly improving the user experience. Additionally, we implemented an Identity Lifecycle Management process that streamlined onboarding and offboarding while providing customers with self-service options, such as password and email updates.

Our team safely migrated user data from previous CIAM systems to the new authorization server and integrated it with client’s existing communication channels. We thoroughly planned and carried out authentication and authorization processes within the federated framework to provide strong security and compliance.

The solution, which is built on the scalable and highly available OpenShift platform, was created to easily manage a growing customer base. Over six months, a dedicated four-person team from both the bank and the lease side completed the project effectively, resulting in a solid, scalable system that fulfilled the client’s business objectives.
